A. A person who violates the provisions of this chapter is guilty of an infraction and subject to the same fine as a bicycle violation under the State of Utah Uniform Fine Schedule, as amended.

B. E-scooters placed or otherwise left in violation of the requirements of Section 10.06.040 may be relocated or impounded at the owner’s expense. The owner shall be assessed a relocation and storage fee as specified in Section 5.38.030(C). (Ord. 2021-13 § 2 (Att. B))
