A. No vehicle shall exceed a total outside width of eight feet, including any load thereon, except that the limitation as to width of a vehicle shall not apply to vehicles or equipment specified in Section 27-12-148(2) of the Utah Code Annotated or to vehicles operated under the terms of the special permit issued under Section 27-12-155, Utah Code Annotated, or any successor sections.

B. No passenger vehicle shall carry any load which extends beyond the line of the fenders on the left side of such vehicle, nor shall any passenger vehicle carry a load which extends more than six inches beyond the line of the fender on the right side of the vehicle.
