Individuals and entities affected by this chapter and who receive a notice of removal may appeal the same if they feel they have just cause to the city planning and zoning board by filing a petition for review with the board within forty-eight hours of receipt of the notice of removal. Upon receipt of said petition no action will be taken for removal of vehicles or part(s) thereof until a decision is rendered by the board. (Ord. 8-16-94 § 4; Ord. 1-16-90A § 5)
