A. Certificate of Insurance. If required, the city will require the applicant to submit to the events application coordinator a certificate of insurance, showing the city as an additional insured, on an occurrence policy issued by an insurance company authorized to do business in the state of Utah, showing commercial general liability and property damage coverage for the event in the amount stated in the city’s policies and procedures.
