Unless authorized by and subject to the regulations of Title 10, it is unlawful for any person to drive or park a self-propelled vehicle or lead, drive, or ride any animal upon any sidewalk except across a sidewalk at established crossings. (Ord. 2021-13 § 3 (Att. C); Code 1975 § 11-366)
