12.14.100 Height restrictions.
This section is included in your selections.
A. A structure may not exceed the following height restrictions:
1. A utility pole may not exceed fifty feet tall.
2. Any other structure may not exceed four feet tall.
B. The city engineer may grant an exemption to this requirement if the applicant demonstrates a compelling need that otherwise complies with the requirements of this chapter. (Ord. 2018-11 § 1 (Exh. A (part)))
