A. The owner of a structure must keep the structure clean, painted, and in good condition at all times. A rusting, dirty, or peeling structure is prohibited.

B. The owner of structure may not unreasonably obstruct the use of right-of-way by pedestrians or vehicles while completing maintenance without the prior authorization of the city. (Ord. 2018-11 § 1 (Exh. A (part)))
