A. A person or entity who owns a structure must maintain:
1. The approved application;
2. The permit; and
3. “As built” set of plans and maps.
B. The city may request the person or entity to provide the above records to the city for the city’s review within thirty days of the city’s written request. (Ord. 2018-11 § 1 (Exh. A (part)))
