Any suspension, revocation, or stop work order by the city engineer may be appealed by the person or entity to the city manager by filing an appeal within ten days of the action of the city engineer. The city manager or his/her designee will hear such appeal, if the written request is timely filed, within ten business days and render his/her decision within a reasonable time following the notice of appeal.
