12.20.010 Definitions.

The following words or phrases shall have the following meanings unless the context otherwise clearly requires:
A. The term “lot” includes the partial lots or single graves in the municipal cemetery.
B. The terms “lot owner” or “purchaser” and “grave owner or purchaser” mean the owner or purchaser of burial privileges or the collateral right of use of any burial lot evidenced by a deed or burial right for a described lot or by proved and recognized descent or devise from the original owner.
