12.20.190 Responsibility for damage to headstones.

The city shall not assume or be responsible for any damage done to any type of headstones or monument located in the city cemetery unless such damage is caused by the city. The city shall not be responsible for repair of chipped, scratched, or scraped headstones. (Ord. 3-3-87A § 1)
