It is unlawful for any person, after the water has been turned off from the premises for nonpayment of water charges or other violation of the ordinances, rules, regulations, or resolutions pertaining to the water supply, to turn on or allow the water to be turned on or used without authority from the city. It shall be a Class C misdemeanor to do so. Tampering fees may be charged at rates established by resolution of the governing body. (Ord. 2018-09 § 1 (Exh.
