It is unlawful for any person to lay, repair, alter or connect any water line to the municipal culinary water system without first having received a construction permit from the office of the recorder/clerk or from the water superintendent. (Ord. 2018-09 § 1 (Exh. A (part)); Code 1975 § 14-137)
