The customer is responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of the water lateral line from the customer to the meter. The city is responsible for installation, repair, and maintenance of water mains and lateral lines from the water main to the connection point on the meter. (Ord. 2018-09 § 1 (Exh. A (part)))
