Any customer desiring to have water turned off shall notify the municipality in writing of such fact at least ten days before the date when such action is required. Turning off water does not relieve the property owner of paying the minimum monthly fee. Any customer desiring to have water turned back on shall notify the municipality in writing of such fact at least ten days before the date when such action is required. The customer shall be responsible for paying a charge for having the water turned back on as the governing body has established by resolution. (Ord. 2018-09 § 1 (Exh.
