Those persons required to pretreat wastewater in order to comply with federal pretreatment standards, the SVWRF wastewater control rules and regulations and any permits issued thereunder shall provide, operate and maintain the necessary pretreatment facilities in accordance with the SVWRF pretreatment regulations.
