13.12.040 Consumer’s responsibilities.
This section is included in your selections.
It shall be the responsibility of the consumer:
A. To become aware of and to comply with this chapter as a condition of water supply.
B. To purchase, install, test and maintain the backflow prevention device/assembly required to comply with this chapter. (Ord. 2-9-93 § 1.3)
