All utilities within the proposed development shall be buried. The owner shall install conduit within the development’s proposed right-of-way for the eventual burial of overhead utilities throughout the zoning district. If the planning commission finds, upon the review and recommendation of the city engineer, that such installation is not feasible at the time of development, the applicant shall bond for the future installation of said conduit. All underground conduit shall be installed in conformance with city standards as identified in city construction standards and specifications. (Ord. 6/6/2006O-6 § 1 (part))
