A. Midvale City establishes a municipal ethics commission pursuant to Section 10-3-1311 of the Utah Code Annotated. The city’s commission shall be an individual or individuals previously approved to serve as the commission.

B. The office of the city attorney shall provide the commission such administrative or other support, as requested by the commission. (Ord. 2013-01 (part))
