2.16.349 Contempt powers.

A. The commission may hold a person in contempt if the person:
1. Refuses to answer a question, without legal justification, after being directed by the commission to answer; or
2. Fails to comply with a subpoena issued by the commission.
B. Upon finding a person in contempt, the commission shall report the person to the third district court and request a warrant of attachment or order to show cause, as provided in Section 78B-6-313 of the Utah Code Annotated. (Ord. 2013-01 (part))
