As enacted by Section 10-1-403 of the Utah Code, the rate of this levy shall not exceed three and one-half percent of the telecommunications provider’s gross receipts from telecommunications service attributed to the municipality. (Ord. 8/7/2007O-9 § 1 (part); Ord. 5/18/2004O-20 (part))
