Midvale City requires certain businesses to submit a cash bond for the purposes of guaranteeing the performance of the applicant in fulfilling the requirements of this chapter. The bonding schedule is set by the Midvale city council by resolution. An applicant must submit a cash bond in the amount set forth in the bonding schedule in effect at the time the applicant submits a complete application. (Ord. 2023-01 § 1 (Att.
