Submission of an application for a sexually oriented business license or employee license shall constitute voluntary consent for criminal background checks by the Midvale police department, the Utah Bureau of Criminal Identification, and the Federal Bureau of Investigation pursuant to any proceeding involving the sexually oriented business license or employee license.
