5.12.480 Business categories.

It is unlawful for any business premises to operate or be licensed for more than one category of sexually oriented businesses. The categories of sexually oriented businesses are:
A. Adult arcade, adult bookstore, adult novelty store or adult video store;
B. Adult cabaret or adult theater;
C. Adult motel;
D. Adult motion picture theater;
E. Semi-nude entertainment businesses; and
