It is unlawful for any person to conduct or maintain a dance within a dancehall licensed pursuant to this chapter or for any person in charge or control of such dancehall to allow or permit any such dance or dancing between the hours of one a.m. and eight a.m.; provided, however, dancing is permitted until two a.m. on New Year’s Day.
