No dancing shall be permitted in any premises licensed as a cabaret nor shall any license be granted unless there is at least four hundred square feet of suitable dancing area in addition to the walkways and aisles required by this chapter. (Ord. 10/28/2003O-12 (part); Code 1975 § 9-447(J))
