It is unlawful for any person licensed by this chapter to fail to submit the certificates required to be maintained by Section 5.20.060(B) to the police department on the business day following the entry, except that the records regarding merchandise purchased from other dealers need not be so submitted, but shall be retained by the dealer at his place of business for inspection by any city employee.
