A. “Fire and damaged goods” applies to goods, wares and merchandise being offered for sale as a result of fire, smoke, water, wind, earthquakes, acts of God or other incidents of similar nature but does not apply to goods, wares and merchandise damaged in transit or by handling, dropping, nicking, scratching or other similar damage occurring within or incident to the regular conduct of business.

B. “Liquidation” applies to goods that are being sold by a business that is selling out or closing down for any reason. (Ord. 10/28/2003O-12 (part); Ord. 12-09-97J (part))
