It is unlawful for any person to advertise a liquidation or a fire and damaged goods sale in such a manner so as to deceive the public. All advertising shall state that such sale is not a termination of the entire business but is a special sale. (Ord. 10/28/2003O-12 (part); Ord. 12-09-97J (part))
