Before any sale is made at auction, the licensee must attach to each article to be sold, which has a retail value of five dollars or more, a card with an identifying number endorsed thereon, and each licensee shall maintain a list of all articles sold by him at auction at a retail price of five dollars or more, giving any identifying numbers or marks which may be upon the articles; and indicating opposite the description of each article whether the same is new or used; showing the identifying number assigned to the article as required by this section, the name and address of the purchaser and the date of sale. The licensee shall keep such list for a period of one year following the date of the last sale shown on the list. (Ord. 10/28/2003O-12 (part); Ord. 12-09-97C (part))
