A. “Multiple-family dwelling unit” means any buildings or apartment building so arranged, designed, built, rented, loaned, let or hired out to be used or occupied as the home, residence or dwelling unit of four or more families living independently of each other. This definition includes four-plexes, even if the owner lives in one of the units.

B. “Owner” means the person having ownership.

C. “Person” includes any individual, group of individuals, partnership, corporation, association or other legal entity.

D. “Rental dwelling unit” means any individual dwelling unit that is rented, loaned, let or hired out to be used or occupied as a home or residence. (Ord. 7/6/2010O-4 (Exh. A (part)); Ord. 10/28/2003O-12 (part); Ord. 12-09-97U (part))
