It is unlawful for any person while engaged in operating a taxicab to drink intoxicating liquors or alcoholic beverages of any kind, including beer, regardless of the limit of its alcoholic content. (Ord. 10/28/2003O-12 (part); Ord. 12-09-97AA (part))
