A food truck must adhere to federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and policies. This includes, but is not limited to, the city’s zoning, noise, stormwater, building, and fire ordinances and Salt Lake County health department’s regulations. (Ord. 2018-13 § 1 (Att. A (part)))
