A. Cable TV. This chapter shall not apply to cable television operators otherwise regulated by Chapter 5.50 or to open video system providers otherwise regulated.

B. Wireline Services. This chapter shall not apply to wireline service facilities or providers otherwise regulated by Chapter 5.52.

C. Provisions Applicable. All of the requirements imposed by this chapter through the exercise of the city’s police power and not preempted by other law shall be applicable. (Ord. 2018-10 § 1 (Exh. A (part)); Ord. 2018-01 § 1 (Exh. A (part)))
