If the information required to be submitted is proprietary in nature or may be kept confidential under federal, state or local law, the provider may make such a request in accordance with the Utah Government Records Access and Management Act, Title 63G, Chapter 2 of the Utah Code Annotated, as amended (“GRAMA”). A provider recognizes that the city, as a governmental entity under GRAMA, cannot guarantee the confidentiality of any information in the city’s possession, and the provider submits such information at its own risk.
