“Miniature goat” means an animal of the species Capra hircus which, at maturity, is less than twenty-seven inches high at the shoulder, weighs no more than one hundred pounds, and is more commonly known as a pygmy, dwarf, or miniature goat. (Ord. 2019-02 § 1 (Exh. A (part)))
