A. Penalty. Any person who violates any mandate or prohibition contained in this title shall be penalized according to the provisions of this title or the provisions of Section 1.01.070.

B. Notice of Violation Processing Fee. Any notice of violation issued pursuant to this title shall subject the person to a processing fee as set forth in the current fee schedule. (Ord. 2018-06 § 1 (Exh. A (part)); Ord. 2012-12 § 2 (Exh. A (part)))
