6.40.030 Violation—Procedure for court orders.

Unless modified by the court, court orders pursuant to this title shall be obtained according to the following minimum notice and procedure:
A. Petition for Action. The director or his/her authorized representative shall petition the court for the desired action;
B. Service Prior to Hearing. The petition for the action, together with supporting affidavits, shall be served on the party against whom the action is taken at least five days prior to the hearing. (Ord. 2018-06 § 1 (Exh. A (part)); Ord. 2012-12 § 2 (Exh. A (part)))
