A. The health director may appoint or designate any qualified person to act as his/her assistant for the purpose of enforcing the applicable ordinances of Midvale City.

B. Subject to the terms and conditions of the contract with the Salt Lake Valley health department, Midvale City may enforce all ordinances relating to health department regulations as referenced and adopted in Section 8.01.070. (Ord. 8/27/2002B (part))
