A. No person shall emit, nor shall any person cause, allow, permit, or fail to control the emission of any stationary noise source so as to exceed the maximum sound pressure level set forth in Table 1 at the end of this chapter when measured indoors of a multi-dwelling-unit building or multi-use property. Measurements shall not be taken in areas which receive only casual noise in nonhabitable areas such as hallways, closets, and bathrooms.

B. The transmission of vibrations that cannot be measured with a sound level meter are not restricted by this chapter. (Ord. 2012-16 § 1 (part))
