No person shall operate or maintain, nor shall any person cause, allow, permit, or fail to control the operation or maintenance of, any swimming pool equipment used to operate a swimming pool or spa, including but not limited to the heater, pump, filter, water conditioner, disinfection equipment, hydrojets or other accessory equipment that exceeds the maximum allowable sound pressure levels set forth in Table 1 at the end of this chapter when measured at a Type A or Type B property use so as to cause a noise nuisance.
