Violation of any noise ordinance shall constitute a Class B misdemeanor, as defined by the Utah Code Annotated. Each day such violation is committed or permitted to continue shall constitute a separate offense, and shall be punishable as such. (Ord. 2012-16 § 1 (part); Code 1999)
