In the event collection of expenses of removing of solid waste, unsightly or deleterious objects or flammable material is pursued through the court, the city may sue for and receive judgment for all expenses of removing, together with reasonable attorneys fees, interest and court costs, and may execute upon such judgment in the manner provided by law.
