8.02.200 Storage of personal property.

A. Unsheltered storage of the following listed items (except in licensed junk yards) within the city is declared to be a nuisance and dangerous to the public safety.
1. Keeping or depositing on, or scattering over the premises, any of the following:
a. Lumber (except as required at a bona fide construction site), junk, trash or debris;
b. Abandoned, discarded or unused equipment such as furniture, stoves, refrigerators, freezers, cans or containers;
c. Solid waste or unsightly or deleterious objects or flammable materials of any kind.
B. All areas designated for off-street parking, maneuvering, or loading shall not be used for outdoor storage of materials. (Ord. 11/23/2004O-35 (part); Ord. 6/15/2004O-22 (part))
