8.02.302 Swimming pools, spas and hot tubs.

A. Swimming Pools. Swimming pools shall be maintained in a clean and sanitary condition, and in good repair.
B. Enclosures. Private swimming pools, hot tubs and spas shall be fenced and secured in accordance with Salt Lake Valley health department regulations. (Ord. 6/15/2004O-22 (part))
