It is unlawful for any person, corporation, partnership or other legal entity owning, occupying or controlling any real property located in the city to fail to maintain on said property the length of weeds or lawns as provided in Section 8.03.030 or to fail to eradicate noxious or hazardous weeds or lawns on such property, or to fail to remove from such property any cuttings from such weeds or grasses.
