Display of fireworks of up to two hundred fifty pounds is unrestricted inside buildings. Displays of fireworks of two hundred fifty-one pounds to five hundred pounds must be within constant visual supervision. Displays above five hundred pounds must be constantly attended by a salesperson. Fireworks shall be stored and sold in packages only.
