A. Any person, business or other entity who shall fail to comply with any order hereunder, or who shall violate any of the provisions of this chapter or who shall fail to comply therewith shall be guilty of a class C misdemeanor. Imposition of one penalty for any violation shall not excuse the violation or allow it to continue. All such violations shall be corrected within seven days, and each seven days thereafter that prohibited conditions are allowed to exist shall constitute a separate offense.

B. The application of the above penalty shall not prevent the enforced removal of the prohibited condition at the discretion of the city.

C. The enforcement and penalty provisions set forth herein shall also apply to any regulations as the governing body may in its discretion from time to time adopt. (Ord. 8/27/2002B (part))
