Unless otherwise expressly provided, this chapter extends to all parts of the Bingham Junction and Jordan Bluffs properties, as depicted in Figure A and Figure B, respectively, attached to the ordinance codified in this chapter. All development and other construction activities within the boundaries of the Bingham Junction and Jordan Bluffs properties must be performed in accordance with this chapter.
