In the event of a natural or manmade disaster that has been declared a public emergency by the mayor in accordance with Section 52-2a-208, Utah Code Annotated, as amended, the city may exercise its authority to implement the measures set forth herein. (Ord. 2018-05 § 1 (Exh. A (part)))
